PMT saturation curves for DOMS on string 50

There is data for more DOMS but the code currently goes bananas for the nearest neighbour DOM. I will fix this soon. Also I think some of the jumps in the curves may be due to my cubic spline interpolation (Tspline3 in ROOT)for correcting expected values. I'll check this by using linear interpolation.
